New Report: Sustaining Improvement in Urban Schools

In honor of the 10th Anniversary of the School on the Move Prize, EdVestors and our research partner, the Rennie Center for Education Research & Policy released a new report, Staying the Course: Sustaining Improvement in Urban Schools.

The report looks back at 10 years of School on the Move Prize winners and finalists to examine what happened to these rapidly improving schools over time. The report takes a closer look at the factors contributing to sustained or continued improvement as well as those factors that have impeded school progress. We hope this report will contribute to the body of knowledge on education reform by providing a road map for schools and districts to create the conditions for continued and sustained improvement, which ultimately lead to higher levels of student success and achievement in all schools.
